April 1st Thursday – we will be meeting at The Brewery here in Marietta on Front St at 6:30 pm April 9th Friday – fish fry at VFW on Pike St here in Marietta at 6:30 April 16th Friday – bowling in Marietta, location not decided yet with dinner after bowling Cancelled – April 24th Saturday Picnic due to rain and lack of members able to attend. Sunday, March 28th will be the dance at the Comfort Inn. $7 per person includes appetizers and open to all singles. Music starts at 7 pm. The dance was moved from the first Sunday in April because of Easter, so there will not be an April dance. Be sure to mark this on your schedule for this week. Tell all your friends and family. The last one was quite a success and the Comfort Inn will continue to have them as long as we have people showing up. The Polo Club had a fire and we will not be going there Thursday night March 11. We will be going on Friday night March 12 to the VFW on Pike St in Marietta for their fish fry. Dinner is $7 per person and it consists of fish, fries, slaw, and baked beans. We will meet at 6:30. Callihan dinner and auction Friday, Feb 12th at the Marietta Shrine Club 5:30 Doors open and silent auction begins. Dec 30th Napolis restaurant in Belpre, notice the date is a Wednesday, meet at 6:30. We are just trying to sneak a dinner in between holidays for those that are interested in coming. Glada has invited us to her house afterwards for socializing and Wi Games. The singles dances will be held now at the Comfort Inn in Marietta. The first dance starts this Sunday, Jan 3rd. Music will begin at 6:30 pm and go through 11 pm. The fee is now $7 and that includes appetizers and entertainment. There will be a cash bar as always, and a room for anyone wanting to spend the night would be $59.99. The dance is in the ballroom to the left when walking in the lobby. Hope to see a big crowd to support the dances. They are a great way to meet new people and we need people attending to keep them going. The dance is sponsored by the Comfort Inn.
