Singles of Marietta

The Howard House was decorated beautifully with many Christmas Trees and decorations. It was like walking into an old fashioned Christmas from years past. We had a wonderful meal and enjoyed the season talking with each other and listening to Christmas music.

The Thanksgiving Pot Luck Dinner was Thursday night at 6:30 in the Buckeye Room of the Marietta Moose Lodge. We had a great time. Lots of wonder food and company. We were visited by two of the original Thanksgiving Indians from the first Thanksgiving! Great fun!

Fun was had by all as we danced the night away in Charleston at the SpeakEasy Singles Dance.  It was a beautiful facility and great, friendly group.

Sept. 17 dinner will be at Tampico Mexican Resturant on 2nd street in Marietta.  The group will meet 6:15 – 6:30 Thursday evening.

The Singles group had great fun as we were  chauffered to Parkersburg via limo.  The limo was crowded and a bit hot, but that did not stop the fun.  KoKoMo’s has a great view of the Ohio River.  We were treated to another wonderful sunset. Cathy keeps taking great photos for the group.
